Technologies Used in Production
We are grateful for our state-of-the-art machineries that can be found in our R&D, folding, twisting, warping, weaving and quality control departments alongside our experienced expertised staff.
While our fabrics are produced at the most efficient costs whilst considering our customers demands and meeting their standards. From there, they are deported to our customers by providing 100% control after passing the necessary tests.
Research and Development
With our designers and Italian designer partners, we are able to prepare a collection for men, women and children outwear for all seasons and present them to our customers. In addition, we continuously develop new products specific to our customers needs all the time by listening to their requests and suggestions.
Sample Warp
This is where the collections developed by our R&D team are transformed into production state. We have an annual capacity of 1000 new samples and designs.
Katlama
Having a production capacity of 100 tonnes per month in many different varieties of yarns which are specially folded to then be twisted.
Twisting
100 tonnes per motnh production with elastane, non-elastane and specific yarns are twisted in order to be moved onto the warping section.
Warping
By having a production capacity of 850,000 metres per month, the yarns are carefully wrapped on the beams in order to start the process of weaving.
Weaving
By having a fabric production capacity of 700,000 metres per month producing fabrics between 80-600gr/m2.
Quality Control
With our indispensable understanding of quality, all of our fabrics are shipped to our customers after 100% full quality control.
